Senior Manager, Systems Analysis Leader

You will lead a group of Systems Analysts who bridge business needs and technical solutions, ensuring alignment across collaborators and delivery teams.

The Role

As Senior Manager, Systems Analysis Leader, you will be leading a team passionate about systems analysis. They will support intake, analysis, and execution of sophisticated business processes. s processes. This role partners closely with internal customers, operations, and technology teams to ensure accurate data capture, efficient workflows, and high-quality delivery. The individual drives process improvements, ensures data integrity, and enables effective decision-making through strong analytical leadership. Success in this role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, a proactive approach, and the ability to lead in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

  • Provide strategic direction for systems analysis efforts across initiatives and products.

  • Partner with product, architecture, engineering, ux and business teams to deliver scalable solutions.

  • Drive standards in requirements definition, workflow mapping, and solution building to ensure high-quality outcomes.

  • Oversee the full analysis lifecycle, from discovery through post-launch optimization.

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering accountability and continuous learning.

  • Lead team capacity, priorities, and alignment with organizational goals.

  • Conduct performance evaluations, provide coaching, and identify development opportunities to grow talent and leadership capabilities within the team.

  • Champion process improvements, tools, and methodologies that increase efficiency, quality, and delivery speed.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing insights and recommendations grounded in data and business context.

The Skills and Expertise you bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 7+ years of experience in systems analysis, business analysis, or product delivery, with at least 5 years in a leadership or management role.

  • Shown success leading teams in sophisticated, enterprise-scale environments with multiple partners and challenging priorities.

  • Deep understanding of systems development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and modern delivery practices.

  • Strong experience in requirements management, data analysis, process modeling, and solution build.

  • Ability to translate sophisticated business needs into clear, actionable requirements.

  • Proven track record to influence partners and collaborate across technical groups and business units, supported by strong communication and facilitation skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and results-focused demeanor.

  • Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or other Agile/ALM platforms is helpful.

  • Familiarity with financial services, donor-advised funds, or regulated environments is a plus.

  • Relevant certifications (CBAP, PMI-PBA, Agile certifications, etc.) are beneficial but not required.

Fidelity's Onsite Working Model
