Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to diagnose mental health conditions, design tailored treatment plans, and continually document progress in line with state regulations and clinic policies.
  • Maintain a manageable caseload of 25-30 client visits weekly, providing individual, family, and group therapy sessions, including telehealth services to increase client outreach.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by actively engaging with clients and building trusting relationships that foster open communication regarding their mental health journeys.
  • Employ creative therapeutic interventions that align with client goals and lead to measurable outcomes, promoting personal development and positive mental health shifts.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of therapy sessions, treatment plans, and communications with relevant stakeholders, adhering to clinic guidelines for high-quality record-keeping.
  • Collaborate with case managers, families, medical personnel, and educational staff to coordinate comprehensive care for clients, ensuring holistic support that addresses all aspects of their health.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will work with a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, couples, and families. Your expertise will be crucial in supporting clients who are navigating challenges related to relationships, personal growth, addiction, and other mental health issues. Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.
