Schneider is seeking a Senior Vendor Coordinator in XXXCity to act as the main point of contact for Schneiders equipment and maintenance vendors. The Senior Vendor Coordinator will act as an expert on all things equipment, warranty and maintenance solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a liaison for maintenance, operations and external vendors.
  • Communicate to internal Schneider customers about vendor solutions and provide advice on how to proceed.
  • Resolve invoice issues, payment discrepancies, vendor issues and process breakdowns.
  • Perform audits of vendors.
  • Work with vendors to ensure timely and accurate repairs.
  • Explore process improvements to improve quality and lower costs.

Skills and qualifications:

  • Associate degree in diesel technology.
