We are looking for a community builder, connector, and opportunity creator who enjoys meeting people, developing partnerships, organizing events, and helping families discover solutions during major life transitions.

The Community Partnerships & Growth Manager will lead efforts to expand our referral network, strengthen community visibility, develop educational and networking events, and help generate new client opportunities throughout the region.

You'll work closely with local senior living communities, downsizing-focused realtors, estate attorneys, financial professionals, care managers, and other organizations that serve older adults and their families.

You'll also help create and coordinate workshops, networking events, educational presentations, and community outreach initiatives designed to increase awareness of Caring Transitions and generate new client relationships.

This position works alongside our existing community outreach team and is designed for someone who enjoys creating momentum, opening doors, and helping drive business growth.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Identify and pursue partnership opportunities with senior-serving professionals and organizations
  • Create and coordinate educational workshops, networking events, and community presentations
  • Represent Caring Transitions at industry events, professional associations, and community gatherings
  • Meet with prospective clients and families to understand their needs and introduce our services
  • Support proposal development and follow-up activities
  • Help grow our visibility through social media, local networking groups, and community engagement
  • Track outreach activity, referral partner development, and business opportunities
The Ideal Candidate

You are naturally outgoing, resourceful, and proactive.

You enjoy building relationships, connecting people, creating opportunities, and making things happen.

You are comfortable walking into a room where you know nobody and leaving with five new professional connections.
Lives within 10 miles of Parsippany, NJ.  Must be a local NJ resident.

Backgrounds that may translate well include:

  • Business development
  • Community relations
  • Senior living sales
  • Real estate
  • Healthcare outreach
  • Marketing and event management
  • Chamber of Commerce or nonprofit leadership
  • Professional association management

Existing relationships in Morris County, Essex County, or surrounding communities are a strong plus.

Compensation

Competitive hourly compensation plus performance incentives tied to business growth, referral partner development, and new client engagements.

Why Join Us

Caring Transitions helps families navigate some of life's biggest transitions through downsizing, relocation, estate cleanouts, and online estate sales.

We are a growing company with strong momentum, an expanding service area, and a reputation for compassionate, professional service.

This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the community while helping build the next stage of growth for our business.
