This role plays a critical part in shaping product designs to ensure manufacturability, cost-effectiveness, quality, and efficient assembly-while meeting all technical and functional requirements.
This position will collaborate with cross-functional teams from early concept planning through to production launch. While the primary focus is on introducing new products into manufacturing, this position may also support ongoing improvements and sustaining engineering efforts. The role involves developing robust, lean production processes and coordinating with site manufacturing engineers to establish efficient and scalable manufacturing operations.

  • Lead and conduct Process Failure Mode and Effects Analyses (PFMEAs) to proactively address potential process risks.
  • Establish robust process controls and integrate poka-yoke (mistake-proofing) strategies to improve quality and efficiency.
  • Manage broad-scope engineering assignments independently, using sound judgment and effective project planning.
  • Travel up to 5-10% as required.
