Responsibilities

This temporary position is responsible forpreparing, processingand reviewingaccurate and timely client deliverablesin support of internal teams and external filings, includinggovernmentalagencies.Specialistsdisplay strong organizational, technical and communicationskillsto execute work in accordance with quality and compliance standardswhile balancing multiple responsibilities and deadlines.The role requires consistentfollow through, collaboration, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

  • Process, create, edit,and format client deliverables (e.g., tax returns, extensions, etc.)including software setup, maintenance and delivery.
  • Review, proofread, and validate deliverables to ensure accuracy, completeness, consistency, and adherence to all applicable quality control and compliance standards.
  • Plan, prioritize, and manage work to meet client, internal and external deadlines, including proactive communication of status, timeliness and workflow questions.
  • Followthrough oncommitments, identify issues and escalate appropriately to support timely and accurate delivery.
  • Support special projects, seasonal tasks and otherneeds asassigned.

The successful candidate will have:

  • High school diploma or GED required, high school diploma preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of related experience required; experience in a professional services environment preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Strong attention to detail, commitment to producing accurate work in a timely manner, incorporating feedback to continuously improve quality
  • Takes initiative to develop technical skills and apply knowledge with support and direction
  • Proven commitment to providing exceptional client service

Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of relevant factors including but not limited to applicant's skills, prior experience, qualifications, degrees, professional certifications, work arrangements and geographic location. Baker Tilly offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package to eligible employees.

The national pay rate range is $18.00 to $34.10
