Duration: 6/30/2027 with possible extension
Interview Process: Microsoft Teams with video and audio; 1 interview; 30 minutes
Candidate must be a WI resident or willing to relocate prior to starting the role. 100% remote within the state of Wisconsin (subject to change). May be required to pick up equipment.
This role is key in promoting and adhering to our client's Project Management Methodology, including communication and management of tasks for all phases of the Project Lifecycle.
The Senior Project Manager will be held accountable for the following responsibilities:
  • Initiating and managing multiple complex enterprise projects in parallel and with multiple dependencies
  • Planning, directing and implementing complex projects on time, within budget and with desired functionality and outcomes
  • Providing project status, reports, performance metrics and other deliverables at each stage of a defined project management methodology to PMO Manager and other management
  • Creating and executing project work plans and revising as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
  • Supporting business and project management staff
  • Managing PMO operational activities, ensuring current, accurate and quality project information across the portfolio
  • Identify and manage portfolio risks
  • Using influence to eliminate bottlenecks and potential resource alignment problems
  • Identifying resources needed and assigning individual responsibilities
  • Managing stakeholders and stakeholder expectations
  • Building strong project teams across multiple divisions
  • Providing excellent service (internal and external)
  • Effectively managing vendor relationships in accordance with client strategies and directives
  • Demonstrating a willingness to collaborate and support peers and leadership. The Senior Project Manager is also responsible for supporting the advancement of the PMO's mission.
  • Supporting Portfolio Management that provides a forward-looking picture of project work. Continuously improving Project Methodology
