Senior Project Manager (Manufacturing/Industrial/Supply Chain)
Duration: 12+ month project, ongoing initiative
Job Summary:

This is a pivotal role focused on evolving the manufacturing culture and processes for our world-class products. We are looking for a "change agent" who can navigate a complex environment with many moving parts which includes maintaining our legendary quality while implementing processes that significantly increase production output. You will bridge the gap between Digital Technology and shop-floor operations, ensuring that IT solutions directly translate to manufacturing efficiency.
Required Skills:

  • Professional Certification: PMP, CAPM, or Agile certifications (CSM).
  • Methodology Expertise: Strong understanding of PMBOK principles across Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid environments.
  • Heavy Industry Background: Experience specifically within industrial or operations-driven environments.
Additional Insights for Candidates:
  • Dynamic Environment: This role requires a leader who is energetic and comfortable with high visibility. You will be the primary point of contact for plant leadership and global DT teams.
  • On-site Collaboration: Being 100% on-site in the Appleton area allows for direct engagement with the manufacturing process, including occasional visits to the production floor to understand operational bottlenecks firsthand.
  • Process Innovation: A major focus of this role is increasing manufacturing output through better process discipline without sacrificing the quality brand.
Benefits:
  • 401(k)
  • Dental insurance
