Beacon Technologies is looking for a Senior Project Manager with manufacturing experience to help our client in Appleton, WI over the next 12+ months on site. This position will help analyze and lead process improvement and change management efforts to increase efficiencies across manufacturing systems to help increase output.
This position is 100% on site in Appleton - no hybrid or fully remote option available.

Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead transformative Digital Technology (DT) initiatives. This is a pivotal role focused on evolving the manufacturing culture and processes for our world-class products. We are looking for a "change agent" who can navigate a complex environment with many moving parts which includes maintaining our legendary quality while implementing processes that significantly increase production output. You will bridge the gap between Digital Technology and shop-floor operations, ensuring that IT solutions directly translate to manufacturing efficiency.
Required Skills:
  • 5+ years of experience in IT or Digital Technology project management, specifically leading large, complex, cross-segment initiatives.
  • Manufacturing & Operations Expertise: Proven track record working with manufacturing systems, supply chain stakeholders, and plant leadership.
  • Change Management Leadership: Demonstrated ability to "control the chaos" in environments undergoing cultural and process transformations.
  • Financial Acumen: Experience managing project budgets exceeding $250K (forecasting, estimating, and cost control).
  • Technical Proficiency: Mastery of Microsoft Project, Office Suite, and professional PPM tools (e.g., Clarity, ServiceNow, or SharePoint).
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
