To thrive as a Senior Project Manager, you generally need strong leadership, advanced project management skills, and a relevant degree—often supplemented by a PMP or similar certification. Familiarity with project management tools like MS Project, Jira, or Asana, as well as budgeting and risk management systems, is crucial.
