Due to rapid growth, we are expanding our recruiting team and seeking driven, sales-oriented professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, performance-based, and team-focused environment.

The Opportunity
This is a full-time, remote contract role ideal for experienced recruiters or sales professionals who are motivated by uncapped earning potential. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle while working closely with fellow recruiters to share talent, align on roles, and close placements together.

We are looking for individuals who are confident, resourceful, and proactive—those who take ownership of their pipeline while also contributing to a collaborative team dynamic.

What You’ll Do

  • Proactively source, screen, and recruit candidates using job boards, databases, and social platforms
  • Conduct high-volume outreach (125+ calls per week) and maintain a consistent interview pipeline (10+ interviews weekly)
  • Manage inbound calls with professionalism, assisting both candidates and prospective clients
  • Guide new clients through the registration process and educate them on services and placement fees
  • Write and post job descriptions aligned with client needs
  • Evaluate candidates’ experience, soft skills, and overall fit for placements
  • Build and maintain strong client and candidate relationships throughout the hiring process
  • Collaborate daily with fellow recruiters to share candidates, fill roles faster, and maximize placement success
  • Participate in team meetings, communicate updates, and contribute to shared recruiting goals
  • Utilize internal systems and CRM tools to track activity and manage workflows

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of sales or recruiting experience (required)
  • Proven success in commission-based or performance-driven roles
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with excellent follow-through
  • Comfortable engaging with high-profile clients
  • Self-motivated with a “take ownership” mindset
  • Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to collaborate and support peers

  • Ability to adapt, pivot, and manage multiple priorities
