Sr. Project Sales Engineer - Industrial Refrigeration

Currently seeking a Sr. Project Sales Engineer - Industrial Refrigeration (Contracting and Contractor Sales, Project Engineering Experience) to join an entrepreneurial minded client in the Industrial Refrigeration/HVAC Industry, in their Cincinnati, OH office. The Sr. Project Engineer is open due to growth and the service territory will be Southwestern Ohio. You will support our growth and operations through making initial contacts with customers (new and existing), discussing their needs at a high level, and providing quotes while building long term relationships.

Sr. Project Engineer Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Business development

Sr. Project Engineer Qualifications:

  • Must have Industrial Refrigeration knowledge
  • Technical knowledge of ammonia refrigeration a PLUS
  • 5+ years of experience in an industrial construction, engineering, or project management role
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field
  • Technical knowledge of CO2 refrigeration / mechanical / HVAC systems is a plus
  • Project management disciplines and techniques (project plan, Gantt, CPM)
  • PMP is a plus
  • Understanding of industry equipment components
  • Knowledge of OSHA / EPA requirements
  • Safety minded and knowledgeable about safe work practices
  • Ability to estimate, quote, and sell new business for a profit
  • Able and willing to ask the customer for the opportunity to do the work
