Location: Full-Time | Field-based, servicing our sites north of Pittsburgh and in Ohio.

Do you thrive behind the scenes, solving problems and keeping things running like clockwork? At Mr. Magic Car Wash, weโ€™re looking for a mechanically inclined technician whoโ€™s not afraid to get their hands dirty and take ownership of the tools and tech that power our wash systems.

If youโ€™re a methodical troubleshooter who enjoys fixing complex systems and maintaining high-performance machinery, then we want you on our Magic Mechanics team.

What You'll Do:

  • Keep our car wash systems humming by performing scheduled & emergency maintenance.
  • Read schematics, diagnose electrical issues with ohmmeters, and troubleshoot like a pro.
  • Identify problemsย before they happen through regular inspections and preventive care.
  • Monitor equipment performance and adjust settings for consistent wash quality.
  • Accurately and timely record and report maintenance logs, parts usage, and diagnostics.
  • Weld components and maintain structural integrity where needed.
  • Respond promptly to on-site service requests and support operational uptime.
  • Collaborate with managers and site teams to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.
