Responsibilities: The Senior Program Specialist (SPS) must possess the knowledge and capability to apply emerging technology and strategic understanding to work, develop and communicate strategic vision to all Joint Directorates, academia partners, and foreign mission partners in order to: โ€ข Apply capabilities such as: graph store, RDF Triples, Location Based Intelligence, AI/ML, Data enrichment pipelines, and GIS systems. โ€ข Provide technical, operational and intelligence advisory support that enable the command, its subordinate units, and other strategic and operational partners to integrate within a technology platform. โ€ข Provide specialized expertise during the planning and execution of military exercises and operations. โ€ข Conduct briefings and debriefings related to technology integration, task management and mitigation. โ€ข Create system architecture, overview, implementation, product example briefings for use at both internal and external events to include the public. โ€ข Create and maintain project milestones and roadmaps. โ€ข Mentor, train, and advise senior leadership. โ€ข Working knowledge of Esri ArcGIS Enterprise systems. Required Qualifications/Skills Reflected on Your Resume: โ€ข Demonstrated experience in the early adoption of technology, comprehension of emerging technology and SC strategic with cross functional technology. โ€ข Working knowledge of Esri ArcGIS Enterprise systems โ€ข Apply capabilities such as: graph store, RDF Triples, Location Based Intelligence, AI/ML, Data enrichment pipelines, and GIS systems. โ€ข A Master's degree -OR- A minimum of 11 years of experience supporting DoD and/or Interagency organizations. โ€ข Active TS/SCI Security Clearance Come on board with a company that Values its Employees!
