Join our Power Systems Engineering Aerospace Team to drive innovation through our Electric Propulsion product line.
We develop Electric Drive Systems and Electric Generation Systems comprising of electric machines, power electronics, and controls to support our Turbo-Generator and Electric Propulsion offerings.
Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As the Senior Program Manager for Electric Propulsion you will leverage your High Power Electric Drive Systems and Electric Generation Systems expertise to enable technical product solutions for inclusion in our Turbo-Generator and Electric Propulsion offerings.
  • Act as the Electrical Drive/Generation Systems SME in our Turbo-Generator and Electric Propulsion pursuits/partnerships.
  • Support Product Strategy definition and respond to Electric Propulsion Pursuits and Proposals.
  • Partner with business leaders to support development and maintenance of the technical maturity roadmap of related product solutions per the market need or to stimulate the market.
  • Own the development of the core technical requirements for the Electric Drive/Generation Systems
  • Oversee the technology maturation of the Electric Drive/Generation Systems
  • Support development of the plan to produce an airworthy product.
  • Own the overall integration of the Electric Drive/Generation System design into the final production configuration for the Applications in the product line series.
  • Interface with our partners, as well as Internal and External Stakeholder Leaders and Customers.

Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.
  • At least 10 years of demonstrated experience providing technical leadership to engineering teams in a dynamic multi-functional environment
  • Electric Drive/Generation Systems technology, product, and application expertise
  • Electric Drive/Generation Systems integration expertise
  • Electric machine system engineering design experience
  • Power electronics & related controls system engineering design experience
  • Electric power generation aerospace domain expertise
  • Electric Power Systems architecture and regulatory expertise

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
The annual base salary range for this position is $191k - $238k. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
