In this role, you will lead a high-performing team of Talent Acquisition professionals, shape forward-looking hiring strategies, and play a critical role in transforming how we attract, engage, and hire top talent. You will partner closely with senior business leaders, HR, and global TA counterparts to deliver scalable, data-driven recruitment solutions that support
business growth and innovation.

How You'll Make an Impact

Strategic Leadership & Transformation
Develop and execute forward-looking talent acquisition strategies aligned with business priorities and workforce plans
Drive transformation initiatives, including process optimization, digital hiring solutions, and continuous improvement programs
Leverage market intelligence and talent insights to proactively identify future hiring needs and trends Contribute as an active member of the global TA leadership community and support cross-regional initiatives

Stakeholder Partnership & Delivery
Partner with senior business leaders, HR Business Partners, and Hiring Managers to deliver high-quality hiring outcomes
Act as a trusted advisor, aligning talent strategies with evolving business needs
Maintain strong relationships with external agencies and recruitment partners
Ensure a seamless, inclusive, and high-quality candidate experience across all touchpoints

Team Leadership & Performance
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Talent Acquisition Partners
Set clear goals, manage performance, and foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous learning
Facilitate regular team sessions to review progress, solve challenges, and share best practices
Champion inclusion, collaboration, and high performance within the team Operational Excellence & Analytics
Analyze recruitment metrics and KPIs to identify opportunities and improve efficiency
Implement scalable, data-driven recruitment processes in partnership with HR Operations
Support change management initiatives, ensuring clear communication and adoption within the team
Act as a player-coach, contributing hands-on to critical and strategic hiring needs

Your Background
Bachelor's or Master's degree (or equivalent experience)
~10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, including 2+ years of experience leading high-performing teams
Proven success in managing regional or multi-site recruitment functions within a complex, matrixed organization
Strong experience in driving TA transformation, process improvement, and adoption of innovative sourcing/recruiting technologies
Demonstrated ability to attract and engage top talent using diverse sourcing strategies
Exceptional stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills
Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to leverage data to inform decisions

Experience leading both strategic initiatives and operational delivery
