Position: Senior Program Manager
Location: Hybrid

Duration: 12+ Months

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to oversee critical projects within a government Vital Statistics department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing large-scale IT and business projects, particularly in the context of public health data management.

Key Requirements:

  • Extensive experience with government Vital Statistics departments, including relevant business processes and IT applications.
  • Understanding of the role of Ohio Local Health Departments in issuing birth and death certificates.
  • Proven experience managing public health data collection via the Innovation Ohio Platform (IOP).
  • Familiarity with API integrations, particularly Mulesoft.
  • Strong communication and project management skills, including risk management and executive reporting.
