Senior Technical Lead / Program Manager - Automated Claims Processing We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead / Program Manager to lead a multi-year, multi-million-dollar initiative to transform our claims processing with advanced automation. This is a unique opportunity to own a critical, high-impact program that will modernize our operations and drive significant business value. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, exceptional leadership skills, and deep expertise in the healthcare claims domain. Key Responsibilities:
  • Program Leadership: Lead and manage the full lifecycle of a multi-year, $15M claims automation program, ensuring it stays on schedule, within budget, and meets all strategic objectives.
  • Technical Direction: Act as the technical lead, providing architectural and strategic guidance to the development teams. You will be the bridge between technical execution and business goals.
  • Workflow Automation Implementation: Drive the implementation of workflow automation solutions, with a focus on either Salesforce Workflow or ServiceNow (If candidates have both, that is a huge advantage - Must be highlighted on resusme).
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, including business leaders, technical teams, and external vendors, to align on project goals and manage expectations.
  • Team Development: Lead, mentor, and motivate a large, cross-functional team, fostering a proactive and high-performing culture.
  • Proactive Problem-Solving: Anticipate and mitigate risks, proactively identify and solve issues, and maintain a clear line of communication with all levels of the organization.
Required Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in technical leadership roles. 10-15 years overall experience with the majority being in Healthcare.
  • Extensive experience in the healthcare industry, with a strong focus on commercial claims, Medicare, and Medicaid claims processing.
  • Proven expertise in leading and implementing claims processing and workflow automation projects.
  • Hands-on experience with either Salesforce Workflow or ServiceNow.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for business stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive a team and a project forward, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.

  • Seeking a Tech Lead / Program Manager who can lead a large initiative for automated claims processing.
  • This is a multi-year (3 years), $15 million project.
  • Must have a strong technical background. They will not be hands on but they must have a tech hands on background.
