The Role:

Our Company is seeking aSeniorSpecialistProduct Managerto join our team.TheSenior Specialist,ProductManager,supports the Gas Purification Systems product portfolio by working closely with Product Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Sales teams. This role focuses on product lifecycle support, product documentation, market requirements gathering, and cross-functional project coordination to ensure successful product execution and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has strong organizational and technical skills, enjoys working across multiple functions, and is interested in developing expertise in semiconductor gas purification technologies and product management practices. This role provides an excellent opportunity tolearnthe full product lifecycle while contributing to the development and support of industry-leading gas purification systems.

What You'll Do:

Product Lifecycle Support

  • Support Senior Product Managers in managing gas purification system product lines throughout their lifecycle.

  • Assist with maintaining product roadmaps, product specifications, and product documentation.

  • Coordinate product updates, engineering changes, and product improvement activities.

  • Help manage Product Change Notifications (PCNs) and customer communications related to product updates.

  • Track product issues, customer feedback, and opportunities for improvement.

Product Documentation & Configuration Management

  • Maintain product requirement documents, specifications, datasheets, and product collateral.

  • Assist in defining and documenting standard product configurations and option packages.

  • Support product release activities and ensure documentation is accurate and complete.

  • Coordinate updates across engineering, operations, and commercial teams.

Cross-Functional Project Coordination

  • Work with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Service teams to support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities.

  • Monitor project schedules, action items, and deliverables to help ensure timely execution.

  • Support product validation, qualification, and release activities.

  • Coordinate meetings, status reporting, and follow-up actions for product development projects.

Customer & Internal Support

  • Assist in gathering customer requirements and Voice of Customer (VOC) feedback.

  • Support technical and commercial teams by providing product information and documentation.

  • Participate in customer meetings, factory visits, and technical reviews as needed.

  • Help resolve product-related questions and coordinate responses with internal subject matter experts.

Product Performance Analysis

  • Collect and organize product performance data, including orders, shipments, quality metrics, and customer feedback.

  • Develop reports and presentations supporting portfolio reviews and product line decisions.

  • Track key product metrics and communicate results to stakeholders.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across the product portfolio.

Technical Learning & Development

Develop an understanding of:

  • Gas purification systems and purification technologies.

  • Semiconductor manufacturing and contamination control concepts.

  • Product lifecycle management processes.

  • New Product Introduction (NPI) methodologies.

  • Industry standards, quality systems, and safety requirements applicable to gas purification equipment.

  • Any other duties as assigned.

What We Seek:

Required

Bachelor's degree in engineering, Chemistry, Physics, Materials Science, Business, or related technical field, or a related technical field, or relevant work experience.

  • 2-5 years of experience in Product Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, Project Management, or a related technical role.

  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

  • Experience in semiconductor, industrial equipment, specialty gases, or related technology industries.

  • Familiarity with product lifecycle management processes.

  • Experience working in cross-functional project teams.

  • Exposure to technical customer support, operations, or engineering functions.
