Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Product Coach with a strong, hands-on background in Product Management (Product Manager/Product Owner). This individual will bring deep expertise in product strategy, customer-centric product development, and outcome-driven delivery while coaching teams and leaders to adopt modern product management practices.
The Product Coach will partner with product teams, leaders, and executives to align product execution with organizational strategy, enabling teams to prioritize customer value and measurable business outcomes over outputs. This role requires an experienced coach who can effectively mentor, facilitate, and advise product organizations at varying levels of maturity while fostering sustainable behavior change rather than prescribing solutions.
As a key transformation leader, the Product Coach will help accelerate enterprise adoption of a product operating model, improve cross-functional alignment, and increase the speed and quality of value delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Product Coaching & Leadership
  • Coach Product Managers, Product Owners, and cross-functional product teams on modern product management practices.
  • Guide teams in applying product strategy, customer-centric thinking, and outcome-based planning.
  • Coach leaders and executives to strengthen product thinking, product strategy, and operating models.
  • Apply multiple coaching stances-including mentor, advisor, and facilitator-to meet the needs of teams at different maturity levels.
  • Partner with teams to co-discover solutions rather than prescribing them.

Product Transformation
  • Support enterprise-wide product and technology transformation initiatives.
  • Align product teams with organizational goals and strategic priorities.
  • Help teams transition from output-focused delivery to outcome-driven product management.
  • Diagnose team maturity and implement targeted improvements to product delivery practices.
  • Drive adoption of modern product operating models across multiple product teams.

Agile & Lean Practices
  • Leverage Agile, Lean, and product management best practices to improve team effectiveness.
  • Coach teams on continuous improvement and value delivery.
  • Facilitate organizational learning around Agile product development principles.

Coaching Practice Development
  • Contribute to the evolution of the organization's Product Coaching practice.
  • Influence coaching standards, frameworks, and best practices.
  • Mentor and develop other Product Coaches to build a high-performing coaching organization.

Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of Product Management experience.
  • Extensive hands-on experience as a:
    • Product Manager
    • Product Owner
  • Strong background in:
    • Product Strategy
    • Customer-Centric Product Development
    • Outcome-Based Product Delivery
  • Proven experience coaching:
    • Product Managers
    • Product Owners
    • Product Leaders

  • Strong facilitation, mentoring, and leadership skills.
  • Experience driving organizational and product transformation initiatives.
