Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for an Experienced or Senior Procurement Agent to join our Government Training Team in Hazelwood, MO.

Our teams are currently hiring a broad range of experience levels including Experienced & Senior Procurement Agents.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Develop procurement and supply chain solutions, strategies and policies to support customer requirements.

  • Develops and executes company strategic business goals and objectives.

  • Consults on proposal analyses and development of negotiation strategies.

  • Formalizes procurement requirements with customers and leads the supplier negotiation process.

  • Prepares and executes negotiated documents.

  • Ensures compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.

  • Manages contract terminations.

  • Develop organization and company improvement plans.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience with procurement in a defense and/or government environment

  • 3+ years of experience with Supply Chain Systems and Tools

  • 3+ years of experience and/or training with the Truth in Negotiations Act (TINA)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Experience with Strategic Agreements

  • Experience with Teaming Agreements
