Job Description:
Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an Associate Procurement Agent (Level 2) to join our Executive Transport team onsite in San Antonio, TX, Tukwila, WA, or OKC.
Join the BDS Mobility, Surveillance, & Bombers division, and the unique opportunity to work on the next generation's Executive Transport Aircraft. At ***, our Procurement Agent will use their expertise to support supply chain activities at the *** Company. In joining this program, you will be part of an outstanding team of supply chain experts making history as we shape this one-of-a-kind generation Aircraft.
Position Responsibilities:
Performs continuous review and analysis of demand and supply.
Prepares and executes proprietary information agreements.
Supports sourcing strategies, negotiations, and documentation of contracts and agreements.
Communicates performance expectations and metrics to evaluate and monitor supplier performance.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in one of the following locations: San Antonio, TX, Tukwil, WA, or OKC.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Experience working with Supplier Management, Supply Chain, and/or Procurement practices and processes.
Basic understanding of cradle to grave procurement, US government contracting
At least an Intermediate competency level in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Detail-oriented, analytical, and inquisitive
Extremely organized with strong time-management skills
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor's degree or higher
