Responsibilities * Analyze, evaluate, and improve executive workflow and staff action management processes
* Assess current business practices and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
* Support management of electronic tasking and correspondence tracking systems
* Develop process maps, workflow diagrams, standard operating procedures, and performance metrics
* Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation or process optimization
