Position Title: Project Manager - Managed Print Services
Location: New York, NY
Work Mode: Onsite (1 Day Remote)
Job Type: Contract 12 months

Pay Rate: $37-39.00 per hour
Position Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager for Managed Print Services to oversee and coordinate printer deployment projects within a dynamic organization based in New York, NY. This contract-to-hire position involves managing end-to-end deployment, supporting installations and refresh initiatives, and ensuring high-quality print service delivery. The role requires strong operational expertise in Managed Print Services, excellent communication with stakeholders, and proficiency with tools such as Power BI and ServiceNow. You will collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and users to resolve issues effectively, monitor service tickets, and drive process improvements that optimize costs and service standards. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive approach, technical knowledge of networks and mobility, and a customer-focused mindset to ensure seamless print operations across the organization.
Top Requirements:
  • 3+ years of Project Management experience, including project scheduling and coordination
  • 3+ years of technical expertise in Printer Deployment, Rollouts, and Managed Print Services
  • Strong knowledge of Network environments (WAN, LAN, Wireless), IPT, and Mobility support
  • Proficient in project management and reporting tools such as MS Project, Power BI, and ServiceNow
  • Excellent stakeholder management and vendor coordination skills
  • Hands-on experience in ticket management, backlog review, and process improvement
  • Experience working in fast-paced, on-site environments with excellent organizational skills
