Job description

Project Administrators are professionals who assist in the preparation, reporting and analysis of projects under the direction of a Project Manager. PA's must have a general understanding of the construction business and the general scope of Project Management.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate project reports for the project manager
  • Print project plans and upload to system
  • Submit payment draws to General Contractor
  • Track and manage Change Orders
  • Update and monitor project dashboard
  • Process subcontractor draws for payment
  • Facilitate team meetings for the project manager and supervisors
  • Act as liaison between supervisor and PM's in relation to administrative tasks

Qualifications:

  • In depth understanding of Microsoft Suite
  • Good communication skills
  • Excellent time management and organization skills
  • QuickBooks knowledge preferred
  • Bilingual: English & Spanish preferred


This is an in office position, not remote.
