3D Printing Associate
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Laboratory Technician to join our team. This role is critical in maintaining an efficient lab environment, supporting the operation of advanced equipment (especially 3D printers). The ideal candidate is both technically proficient and collaborative, with a passion for innovation, process improvement, and hands-on problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, design, and implement solutions for operational inefficiencies and technical challenges.
Manage and integrate new projects and tasks sent from internal teams, ensuring proper documentation and follow-through.
Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot advanced lab equipment, with a focus on 3D printing technologies.
Provide technical assistance to team members in the use of 3D printers and associated tools.
Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the lab environment.
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient laboratory workspace.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related technical field.
6+ months of related experience with 3D printing and it's technologies
Demonstrated experience following standard operating procedures and adhering to lab safety protocols.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Proficient with basic hand tools (Screw drivers and Allen keys).
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
