Job Description

THIS IS A PART-TIME ROLE FOR ONE YEAR. ONSITE SCHEDULE WILL BE NEGOTIATED WITH SELECTED CANDIDATE.

This assignment will oversee the Managed Print Services Project effort for client, coordinating the implementation of service contract with the vendor in addition to initiating and managing other software development projects as needed. This work involves working with Stakeholders, creating project charters and schedules, managing project tasks and communicating project status to all stakeholders using agency provided templates.

Qualifications

THIS IS A PART-TIME ROLE FOR ONE YEAR. ONSITE SCHEDULE WILL BE NEGOTIATED WITH SELECTED CANDIDATE.

Responsible for the coordination and completion of projects. 

Oversees all aspects of projects. Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project. 

Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of project. 

Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. 

Relies on extensive experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals. 

Performs a variety of tasks. 

May lead and direct the work of Contractor staff. 

Experience managing Print Services Project.

A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

May require a bachelor's degree and at least 4 years or equivalent of experience in the field or in a related area.
