- Well-rounded experience of human resources, employee relations, leaves of absence, total rewards, performance management, employee engagement and federal and state employment laws.

- Overseeing human resource operations and human resources staff
Knowledge, Skills & Ability
- Excellent conflict resolution skills, including significant experience leading and conducting internal ER investigations.
- Experience in managing a team is preferred.
- Proficient knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and compliance requirements.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and ability to work and consult with all levels of employees and management.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work with all levels of employees, including management.
- Must have a thorough working knowledge of HR systems, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Must be highly organized and able to work in a deadline-driven, frequently changing environment.
