Job Summary:
Cognizant is a leading technology company seeking to fill future employment opportunities. As a Senior OutSystems Developer, you will drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable, AI-powered applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.
Responsibilities:
• Define and own the technical roadmap for Agentic AI-enabled OutSystems solutions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Design and implement agentic solution architectures, including reasoning frameworks, orchestration layers, and integration with enterprise systems.
• Oversee the full AI agent lifecycle, from design and development through deployment, monitoring, and continuous optimization.
• Lead development of complex applications on the OutSystems platform, integrating GenAI capabilities and modern APIs.
• Collaborate with enterprise architects and stakeholders to align solutions with business objectives and large-scale AI transformation initiatives.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 8+ years of application development experience with strong expertise in OutSystems platform development.
• Hands-on experience with GenAI and Agentic AI concepts, including orchestration, reasoning design, and AI lifecycle management.
• Proven experience defining scalable and reliable solution architectures for enterprise applications.
• OutSystems Expert Developer certification (mandatory).
• OutSystems Specialist certifications (mandatory depending on domain specialization).
Preferred:
• Experience working on large-scale AI orchestration platforms and distributed systems.
• Knowledge of cloud-native architectures (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and containerization technologies.
• Familiarity with MLOps practices, monitoring tools, and AI performance optimization.
