Job description

Our client, a financial services firm based in Charlotte, NC, is looking for an Outsystems Developer. This position can be worked remotely. But because you will be interacting with client resources in India, being in the Eastern time zone would be an advantage in order to support 6 am meetings.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead, design, develop, deploy and maintain applications using OutSystems for Enterprise applications.
  • Primary function will be core development of OutSystems web applications in an environment using Agile methodology.
  • Participate in all phases of the Enterprise application development life cycle as appropriate; including, but not limited to gathering customer requirements, defining technical requirements and training sessions.
  • Engage in OutSystems development and maintenance projects and drive them to closure.
  • As an OutSystems developer, should be comfortable interacting with different groups within the technology and within different business areas to understand the User Experience (UX) goals of business requirements, provide clients with relevant feedback relative to pros/cons of development course.
  • Understand how to match existing user interface (UI) guidelines to meet requirements within the OutSystems platform.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience with OutSystems development.
  • Good understanding of using Databases, DB Extensions and Custom Extensions in OutSystems.
