The Senior Manager also fosters team development through coaching and performance management while upholding company policies and ethical standards to support organizational goals and deliver exceptional results.
About the team:
Our team designs and optimizes the end-to-end backroom curbside fulfillment process, streamlining workflows to enhance efficiency and execution. We focus on driving productivity, reducing labor and wait times, and minimizing defects to improve order accuracy and gross merchandise value. By leveraging scalable process improvements and technology solutions, the team supports cost savings and elevates the customer experience. Collaborating across functions, we analyze data and implement innovative strategies to meet business goals while continuously enhancing operational performance and enabling associates to deliver results effectively and efficiently.
