Pay Rate: $58,000/yr+ depending on experience, plus profit sharing

  • Coach.  Motivate and develop 12+ associate team
  • Drive.  Achieve pricing. sales, inventory, and productivity goals
  • Create.  Build solution-oriented partnerships with team, peers, and customers
  • Active.  On the floor 80% of the time to support your team
  • Critical Thinking.  Make timely decisions that support both short-term needs and long-term business objectives
