Job description

Position: Food Service Fulfillment Manager

Location: Chicago, Illinois (Fully on site)

Salary: $70K-$80K


Growing Hospitality Services provider seeks a hands-on Food Service Fulfilment Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities:

· Direct involvement in all new, existing, and future cargo customer catering/service requests provided by existing & new cargo channel clients

· Make arrangements with all cargo customers and Guest Services regarding all service needs.

· Review and management of direct cargo customer orders on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.

· Directing, coordinating, and arranging all logistics team members for delivery/fulfillment.

· Train and promote “best in class” service mentality and procedures to team members.

· Champion and follow all current cargo customer production, quality, packaging, and logistics SOPs.

· Contact customers to address, resolve & document services issues for review.

· Through direct contact, maintain strong professional relationship with current client base.

· Engage any/all existing & potential clients on site.

· Manage and control all airport badging for all badged employees including, but not limited to, renewals, missing/lost badges, new employee badging and terminated employee badges.

· Report and resolve any delivery fleet issues

· Maintain and record all International Trash logs in a timely fashion

· Design and implement continued education and training for all current and future team members on local, state, and federal compliance as it allies to CBP, International Trash, AOA Driving and other associated compliance requirements.

· Create and manage logistics schedules using ADP.

· Clearly communicate directly to customers logistic situations that might delay or negate orders from being able to facilitate service requests while looking for any solution to continue service.

· Develop the best routing and strategies for logistic support of customer requests.

· Maintain contact with active and “static on-field” logistic members to ensure service levels as well as minimize unproductive labor spend.

· Ensure that all required safety equipment is always present in all vehicles.

· Maintain relationships with existing vendors.

· Food/Product/Packaging Management Manage all sundry items that support all cargo customer requests including ordering, organizing and end of month inventory.


Qualifications:

· 3+ years managerial experience in food production/delivery logistics, warehouse distribution/food service environment

· Strong communicator with customer service & operations management experience preferred.

· Ability to lift 50 pounds

· Clean background required for obtaining airport badging

· Must be flexible with working schedule.

· Bilingual (Spanish) a must

· Have satisfactory driving record & valid drivers’ license.

· All candidates must pass a background check & drug screen prior to onboarding
