Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise the warehouse Operations Administration (OA) team to ensure all operational data is accurate, complete, and updated on time.
  • Monitor and ensure all cargo pickups and outbound shipments are completed within the required SLA.
  • Coordinate daily warehouse and cargo operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Monitor shipment status, identify discrepancies or operational exceptions, and take appropriate corrective actions.
  • Investigate and resolve operational issues in a timely manner, including shipment discrepancies, missing cargo, data errors, and processing delays.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of CFS operations, bonded warehouse procedures, and customs-related requirements.
  • Properly identify, track, and process all types of shipment holds, including customs and regulatory holds, while following established procedures.
  • Work closely with warehouse, customs, airline, trucking, and other operational teams to resolve issues and maintain service levels.
  • Ensure team members follow company SOPs, operational procedures, and compliance requirements.
  • Provide guidance and training to OA team members and ensure daily tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Monitor daily operations, identify potential issues, and take timely action to resolve them.


Qualifications: 

  • Must be able to read and speak Chinese. English is the primary language used for daily communication in the warehouse.
  • Minimum 2 years of air cargo operations experience or 4 years of warehouse operations experience.
  • Previous experience in a CFS (Customs Freight Station) or bonded warehouse environment is strongly preferred.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to think logically, identify operational issues, and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
