New York, NY • On-site

Full-time

Medical, Dental, Vision

Re-posted 18 days ago

Job description

Grapevine is a cutting-edge procurement software that creates time for doctors while cutting costs for patients. It's not just a solution for healthcare businesses - it's a solution for everyone. Because, at some point in our lives, we all become patients.
Our mission is to empower doctors and nurses to deliver unparalleled patient care - to see more patients, and to do more for each patient they see.
Grapevine's procurement software enables medical practices to save up to millions of dollars and hundreds of hours annually on ordering medical and surgical supplies. Our customers include private practices and publicly traded companies, scaling to meet the needs of healthcare providers nationwide.
The Role
We are hiring a Senior Operations Analyst to supercharge our customer onboarding process. In this role, you will bridge the gap between our technology and customer procurement operations to deliver excellence for our customers. Our impact should feel like magic to our customers, and this role is pivotal in creating a truly remarkable experience.
You will manage multiple high-priority work streams simultaneously, bringing the same rigor and urgency to each one. You'll work out of our Tribeca office in NYC and report to Kaleigh Murphy.
Responsibilities
  • Serve as the launchpad for a customer experience like no other, setting the tone from day one and raising the bar for every interaction that follows;
  • Onboard new customers into Grapevine's procurement platform, owning the process end-to-end, ensuring a seamless adoption of the product;
  • Manage several critical projects simultaneously, ruthlessly prioritizing and reprioritizing each day to keep the highest-impact work moving;
  • Build new tools and reports in Excel/Sheets to create repeatable, accurate data operations;
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and Customer Success to optimize procurement outcomes; and
  • Conduct analyses and create playbooks that will continue driving down pricing for customers.

Qualifications
  • 3-6 years of experience in a high-velocity environment, startup operations, investment banking, management consulting, or a similarly fast-paced setting;
  • Demonstrated ability to manage several critical projects at once without dropping the ball;
  • You thrive in environments where priorities shift fast - you can recalibrate on the fly without losing momentum or letting things slip;
  • You're highly organized, can execute a pre-existing playbook, and have the discretion to know when to change it;
  • You're a wizard in Excel/Sheets;
  • You're quick on your feet; and
  • You have an unmatched standard of excellence and urgency to deliver.

Nice to Have
  • Prior experience in implementations, project management, or running complex customer onboarding work streams;
  • Experience in med-surg supplier/GPO contracts or Sales for a med-surg supplier or GPO;
  • Prior work at an early-stage tech company; and
  • Familiarity with healthcare procurement workflows.

What We Offer
  • Annual base salary of $90,000 - $120,000, representing Ops Level 3-4;
  • Equity commensurate with the level of hire;
  • Fully paid premiums for health, dental, and vision insurance; and
  • A team of sharp people who work incredibly hard to build a company that will fundamentally change healthcare.

This role is 5 days on-site in Tribeca, NYC.
