Hours: Monday-Friday | 8:30 AM-5:30 PM

Are you a recent Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Management graduate looking to begin your career with a growing organization? Or do you have 1-3 years of experience in business operations, customer service, or administrative support?

We are seeking a motivated, analytical, and detail-oriented Business Operations Analyst to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work across multiple areas of the business, including operations, customer support, financial administration, reporting, and data analysis. If you enjoy working with numbers, solving problems, and collaborating with others, this is an excellent opportunity to build a strong business foundation.

What You'll Do

As a member of our Business Operations team, you'll help ensure our customer service and operational processes run smoothly by:

  • Analyze operational data and prepare reports using Microsoft Excel
  • Monitor business performance metrics and assist with operational analysis
  • Communicate with vendors, service partners, and customers to resolve questions and escalations
  • Process customer refunds, credit card chargebacks, and dispute resolutions
  • Submit, track, reconcile, and audit claims for accuracy
