Job description

We are looking for a highly analytical and execution-oriented Executive Operations Analyst to work directly with senior leadership on operational priorities, strategic initiatives, research, and special projects.
This is an entry-level to early-career role designed for someone with strong intellectual ability, business judgment, and technical aptitude who wants significant exposure to leadership and the inner workings of a growing organization.
The position combines elements of business operations, executive support, analysis, technology, and project management.
Responsibilities
  • Work closely with senior leadership to research, analyze, organize, and execute high-priority business initiatives.
  • Conduct research and analysis on vendors, technologies, business opportunities, operational issues, and strategic decisions.
  • Build spreadsheets, reports, presentations, process documentation, and other decision-support materials.
  • Coordinate projects across employees, vendors, agencies, consultants, and outside partners.
  • Help identify operational problems and implement systems, technology, AI tools, or process improvements to solve them.
Ideal Candidate
You are intellectually curious, highly organized, and unusually resourceful. You can move from analyzing a business problem to researching software to coordinating with a vendor to building a spreadsheet without viewing those as separate jobs.
You want direct exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to learn how decisions are made, businesses are operated, and new initiatives are built.
Requirements
  • 0-3 years of professional experience; exceptional recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong analytical ability and ability to quickly understand complex or unfamiliar subjects.
  • Advanced comfort with technology, AI tools, spreadsheets, research, and business software.
  • Excellent organization, written communication, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and independently follow projects through completion.
  • High level of discretion when working with leadership and sensitive business information.
  • Strong sense of ownership and willingness to take responsibility for outcomes.
  • Must be able to work full-time from our office.
