Job Title: Operations Coordinator (Logistics)

Job Summary:
The Operations Coordinator is responsible for supporting the day-to-day logistics and supply chain activities to ensure efficient and timely movement of goods. This role involves coordinating shipments, managing transportation processes, communicating with carriers and vendors, and resolving operational issues to maintain high service levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Monitor and track deliveries, proactively addressing delays or issues
  • Communicate with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Maintain and update logistics systems, shipment records, and documentation
  • Analyze operational data to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Support process optimization initiatives to improve cost efficiency and service quality
  • Handle customer inquiries related to shipping, delivery, and order status
  • Creating and sending invoices to clients.
  • Reviewing and posting invoices from carriers and service providers
  • Dispatching and managing truck deliveries
  • Filing AES and AMS and monitoring customs clearances

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 1–3 years of experience in logistics, operations, or supply chain (entry-level roles may require less)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
