Job Summary We a re seeking a driven and resourceful Senior Specialist, Talent Acquisition (Senior Recruiter) to lead full-cycle recruiting efforts across a diverse portfolio of positions, including participants in the University Rotational Program and non-exempt manufacturing and operator roles. This role is responsible for developing sourcing strategies, managing candidate pipelines, partnering with hiring managers, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle. The ideal candidate is a proactive recruiter with strong relationship-building skills, expertise in talent sourcing, and the ability to influence hiring decisions through data-driven insights and consultative partnerships. This position offers a hybrid work schedule with flexibility and potential conversion to a full-time role based on business needs and individual performanc e. Key Responsibilities Fu ll-Cycle Recruitment Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of exempt and non-exempt positions. Lead recruiting efforts for University Rotational Program participants, manufacturing personnel, and operator roles. Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to understand business needs, position requirements, and recruiting expectations. Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent. Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely progression through the hiring process. Sourcing & Talent Attraction Create and post compelling job advertisements across various recruiting channels. Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to build diverse and qualified candidate pools. Leverage social sourcing platforms, networking opportunities, and recruitment marketing techniques. Utilize AI-enabled recruiting tools and innovative sourcing approaches to identify talent. Promote and strengthen the organization's employer brand in the marketplace. Candidate Assessment & Selection Develop pre-screening questions and evaluation criteria aligned with hiring requirements. Review resumes and conduct candidate screening interviews. Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and facilitate interview coordination. Evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, and organizational fit. Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Stakeholder Partnership & Consulting Build strong relationships with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and business leaders. Provide regular updates and recruitment insights throughout the hiring cycle. Influence hiring decisions by challenging assumptions, offering alternative perspectives, and recommending best practices. Advise stakeholders on labor market trends, talent availability, and recruitment strategies. Support workforce planning and talent acquisition initiatives. Compliance & Process Excellence Ensure recruitment activities comply with applicable employment laws, regulations, and company policies. Maintain accurate candidate records within Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Monitor recruitment metrics and identify opportunities for process improvement. Exercise independent judgment and discretion when delivering recruitment services. Continuously improve recruiting practices to support business ob jectives. Required Qualifications Bachel or's Degree required. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, including the ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in both languages. Minimum of 5 years of experience recruiting exempt-level professionals. Strong understanding of Applicant Tracking Systems (AT S). Demonstrated experience with: Social sourcing Recruitment marketing AI applications in recruiting Employer branding initiatives Strong consulting and influencing skills, including the ability to challenge assumptions and provide strategic recommendations. Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
