Overview

The Phoenix, AZ office of Lewis Brisbois, a full-service AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking an experienced Senior Network Manager. This position is responsible for the strategic direction, administration, security, and operational performance of the firm's enterprise network infrastructure. This role leads the design, implementation, monitoring, and support of all network services across offices, data centers, cloud environments, and remote locations. The Senior Network Manager collaborates with Information Security, Applications, and Business stakeholders to ensure highly available, secure, and scalable network services that support the practice of law and the delivery of client services. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with leadership experience and a service-oriented mindset. This position oversees the network team, manages vendor relationships, drives technology modernization initiatives, and ensures compliance with client security requirements and industry best practices.

ResponsibilitiesJob Specifications & Requirements:
  • Develop and execute the firm's network infrastructure roadmap and technology strategy.
  • Maintain responsibility for enterprise LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, Internet connectivity, Wi-Fi, VPN, and cloud networking environments.
  • Manage network-related incidents, escalations, root cause analysis, and remediation efforts.
  • Oversee network architecture supporting office expansions, acquisitions, and technology integrations.
  • Partner with Information Security leadership to implement secure network architectures and controls.
  • Manage firewalls, intrusion detection and prevention systems, network access controls, DNS security, secure remote access, and segmentation strategies.
  • Requires Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 10+ years of progressive network engineering and infrastructure experience.
  • 5+ years of management or team leadership experience.
  • Experience supporting a large, geographically dispersed professional services organization, preferably within a law firm.
