Familiarity with network design tools, deployment planning software, and monitoring systems is essential for overseeing complex installations. Leadership, problem-solving, and effective communication are crucial soft skills for coordinating cross-functional teams and managing client expectations. These skills ensure efficient, on-time network deployments that meet technical specifications and business goals.
