Position Summary...The Senior Manager, Data Analytics will lead advanced data initiatives & standardization of KPIs to drive strategic business decisions across eComm, Merchandizing and Operations. This role requires expertise in data sourcing, quality management, and visualization to translate complex data into actionable insights. The successful candidate will collaborate across functions to develop data strategies, mentor team members, and ensure alignment with business objectives. Leveraging analytical tools and methodologies, this position supports continuous improvement and innovation while maintaining high standards of data governance and integrity to enhance operational effectiveness and customer value.
About the team:
The Data Analytics team at Walmart International delivers actionable insights and scalable analytics solutions to support eCommerce, Operations, and Merchandising across multiple markets. The team develops and automates dashboards, ensures data accuracy, and analyzes pricing and customer behavior to inform strategic decisions. Collaborating closely with merchants and market leaders, they standardize reporting and optimize data models using advanced tools like Power BI and BigQuery.
