In this role, you will: 

As a Sr. Manager in Centric's National EPPM practice, you will help clients transform how they manage and deliver work through proven consulting methodologies and strategic AI enablement. This role focuses on client delivery excellence and hands-on support to improve enterprise portfolio and program management capabilities. In this role, you will:

  • Build trusted relationships with client leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Assess current EPPM capabilities using standardized methods and tools.
  • Develop actionable roadmaps to improve value management and portfolio/program maturity.
  • Guide adoption of modern work management practices (agile, hybrid, waterfall) and leverage AI to drive efficiency and insight.
  • Lead consulting engagements, providing coaching and hands-on support for EPPM process design, tool implementation, scorecards, and metrics.
  • Support clients with technology evaluation, selection, and implementation of EPPM solutions.
  • Provide direct assistance for strategic portfolio alignment, program leadership, recovery efforts, and transformation planning.

Who You Are: 

  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise program and portfolio management, including PMOs.
  • A bachelor's degree in business, management, information systems, or a related field is required; a master's degree is preferred.
  • Experience in project delivery, team leadership, and agile practices.
  • Highly collaborative approach and effectiveness in working with clients and internal teams.
  • Commitment to continuous learning, including AI and emerging trends.
  • Consulting experience strongly preferred; strong industry background is considered.
  • Passion for creating unmatched experiences for clients and colleagues.
  • Project Management: Proven ability to manage technology and business projects, including large-scale, complex technology programs.
  • Program Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading and managing large, complex programs and cross-functional teams.
  • System Integration: Experience collaborating with system integrators to ensure successful technology implementation and business alignment.
  • Project Delivery: Prior experience in project delivery, project team leadership, and agile practices, with a track record of achieving key milestones.
  • Certifications (Preferred): Professional certifications such as PMP, PgMP, Agile certifications, or equivalent industry-recognized credentials are a plus.
  • Methodologies: Proficient in both waterfall and agile methodologies, with the ability to adapt methodologies based on project requirements.
