Position Summary...The Senior Analyst, Learning & Development leads the design and execution, and continuous improvement of talent and learning initiatives, including Live Better U, Future Skills, and learning pathways.
This role collaborates with business partners, manages learning resources and vendor relationships, and supports the integration of emerging skills and technologies into learning experiences. The role also delivers data-driven insights, develops associate communications for programs that contribute to career growth, workforce capability, and business transformation.What you'll do...

The Senior Analyst, Learning & Development develops and executes project plans for talent and learning projects from inception through evaluation. Collaborates with business partners and internal teams to identify emerging capability needs and curate the integration of future skills, including AI and digital capabilities, into programs, courses, and learning pathways through the designing, identification, and sourcing of internal and third-party content.

Delivers data-driven insights through dashboards and trend analysis, interpreting learning, participation, and workforce capability data to inform program decisions, Future Skills strategy, and continuous improvement. Ensures seamless execution and measurable impact for Future Skills initiatives, including Live Better U, AI capability-building programs, and curated learning pathways.
Supports the administration and continuous improvement of the Live Better U tuition assistance platform, working closely with external vendors and internal partners to ensure an effective associate experience and operational excellence including alignment on timelines, outcomes and budget.

Collaborates on the evolution of design standards, gathers stakeholder feedback to continuously improve learning solutions, supports bilingual deployment requirements, and ensures quality assurance for print and online learning materials. Supports temporary design or technology project resources as required.
Curates and distributes communications promoting team offerings, Future Skills initiatives, Live Better U, AI learning opportunities, program updates, and career development resources. Creates and maintains intranet (WIRE) content, digital asset libraries, and internal communication channels to increase awareness and engagement.

Adapts plans based on changing business priorities by creating flexible solutions that meet business and end-user needs while communicating risks and trade-offs to partners. Manages scope changes and maintains positive working relationships through collaborative partnerships. Stays informed on emerging learning technologies, AI, and industry trends to incorporate innovative solutions into learning strategies. Manages the design, deployment, and delivery of Future Skills programs, curated learning pathways, and capability-building initiatives in partnership with relevant teams to support career development and evolving role success profiles.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to analyze learning data, generate actionable insights, and communicate findings clearly.
  • Skilled in digital content authoring, curation, and asset management, preferably with intranet or learning platform experience.
  • Excellent written communication skills with experience developing associate-facing communications and learning resources.
  • Demonstrated project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with learning platforms, external vendors, or education technology solutions with strong stakeholder partnership skills and collaborating across functions.
  • Tech agility and adaptability; comfortable learning and applying new digital tools and systems.
  • Curiosity and interest in emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence (AI), and the ability to apply new tools and learning approaches to support workforce capability development.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a continuous improvement mindset.

Education & Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in Learning & Development, HR, Talent Management, or a related field.
  • Experience with data analytics (Excel, Power BI, and similar tools).
  • Experience with learning platforms, content authoring tools, or learning technologies is an asset.
  • Certification in Learning & Development, HR, Analytics, or a related discipline (e.g., CPTD, SHRM, CHRP, or equivalent) is an asset but not required.
