Senior Immigration Paralegal Position Fluent in Spanish

We are looking for an experienced Immigration Paralegal (3+ years of experience) to join our legal team.


The Immigration Paralegal will support our attorneys in preparing and filing immigration-related documents and managing client cases.


The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.


Responsibilities

  • Assist attorneys with preparing and filing immigration-related documents, including petitions, applications, and supporting documentation

  • Manage client cases, including preparing case files, monitoring case status, and updating clients on the progress of their case

  • Conduct legal research and prepare legal briefs and memoranda on immigration-related issues

  • Assist with client communications and document requests, including drafting correspondence, responding to client inquiries, and preparing legal forms and documents

  • Maintain accurate and complete case files, including electronic and paper records, and ensure that all deadlines are met

  • Coordinate with outside parties, including government agencies, clients, and other law firms, as needed

  • Assist with the management of the department's calendar, including scheduling appointments and court appearances


Qualifications

3+ Years of Experience Working as a Senior Paralegal in an Immigration Law Office



  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and case management software

  • Fluency in Spanish required
