The IT Transformation Office is a highimpact, enterprise function responsible for how IT plans, invests, and delivers value to the business. Acting as the operational and strategic core of IT, the team spans IT Strategy, AI enabled IT Transformation, Enterprise PMO, Change Management, Vendor Management and IT Shared Services to ensure seamless, customercentric engagement across the organization.

What You'll Do

As a Senior IT Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating the successful execution of complex IT projects. Your responsibilities will include:

Project Oversight:

  • Provide leadership and direction to cross-functional teams, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality solutions.

  • Monitor and control project budgets, resources, and timelines.

  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful project delivery.

  • Lead transformation initiatives to modernize platforms, operating models, and delivery practices to improve speed, quality, and business outcomes.

Stakeholder Communication:

  • Serve as a primary point of contact between project teams and stakeholders.

  • Communicate project status, issues, and risks to executive leadership and project sponsors.

  • Facilitate regular meetings to ensure alignment and gather feedback.

  • Prepare and facilitate monthly ITLT Meeting.

Quality Assurance:

  • Implement and enforce best practices for project management and delivery.

  • Assist in mentoring new project managers.

  • Conduct regular assessments of project performance and identify areas for improvement.

  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance with relevant regulations.

Change Management:

  • Lead change management efforts related to IT projects, ensuring smooth transitions and user adoption.

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the IT project

Team Leadership:

  • Coach and mentor Project Managers and Jr. Project Managers and share knowledge of best practices.

Applied AI:

  • Proven experience applying Agentic AI to modernize PMO execution, creating agents that reduce manual coordination and reporting while improving portfolio transparency and delivery predictability.

  • Hands-on builder mindset with AI agents-able to identify repeatable PMO tasks, translate them into automated agent workflows, and drive adoption with clear metrics and governance.

The following experience is considered desirable:

  • Industry-Specific Experience: Previous experience in manufacturing is a plus.

The hiring range for this position is $103,200 - $144,00 annually. The actual base pay offered will vary based on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the specifics of the candidate's qualifications and the business context.

In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
