Join a dynamic enterprise IT environment where you'll lead complex, large-scale technology initiatives from planning through successful delivery. The Senior IT Project Manager will oversee cross-functional teams, budgets, schedules, risks, vendors, and stakeholders while ensuring projects meet business, security, and quality objectives.
Senior IT Project Manager Responsibilities
Lead complex IT projects through planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
Develop and manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables.
Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions to maintain timelines and quality standards.
Identify project risks, dependencies, and issues and develop effective mitigation strategies.
Communicate project status, risks, and decisions to stakeholders and senior leadership.
Lead cross-functional project teams and provide guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage vendor relationships, contracts, project meetings, reviews, and documentation.
Support initiatives involving cybersecurity, IAM, network infrastructure, and related enterprise technologies.
Senior IT Project Manager Qualifications
Active PMP certification required - no exceptions.
3-5 years of experience operating at a Senior IT Project Manager level within complex enterprise IT environments.
Strong experience managing large-scale IT projects, stakeholders, resources, budgets, risks, and schedules.
Ability to successfully complete NERC clearance requirements after onboarding.
Senior IT Project Manager Preferred Qualifications
Cybersecurity experience, particularly Identity and Access Management (IAM) and SailPoint.
Security and/or network infrastructure background.
Previous Exelon contractor experience in good standing or former Exelon employment is highly preferred.
