Job description

HR Assistant

As an HR Assistant, you'll play an important role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our People & Culture team. You'll help keep our team organized, provide exceptional administrative and operational support, and contribute to creating a positive employee experience. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, enjoys helping others, and is interested in building a career in Human Resources.

In this role you will get to:

  • Support People & Culture Operations
  • Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to members of the People & Culture team.
  • Assist with maintaining departmental resources, shared drives, documentation, and team processes.
  • Help prepare reports, presentations, and other materials for meetings and leadership reviews.
  • Coordinate Meetings & Team Activities
  • Schedule and coordinate departmental meetings, leadership meetings, workshops, and team events.
  • Prepare agendas, capture meeting notes, distribute materials, and track follow-up actions.
  • Manage the department calendar, including team meetings, celebrations, anniversaries, birthdays, and planned absences.
  • Support Employee Experience
  • Provide reception support during employee events, onboarding sessions, and large company gatherings.
  • Assist with coordinating internal events, recognition activities, and team-building initiatives.
  • Partner with vendors and internal teams to help execute People & Culture programs.
  • Vendor & Financial Coordination
  • Set up purchase orders and process invoices through company financial systems.
  • Partner with Finance to establish new vendors and manage vendor documentation.
  • Track purchase orders, invoices, and resolve payment exceptions.
  • Prepare and submit expense reports for People & Culture leadership and manage department-related purchases.
  • Contract & Administrative Support
  • Coordinate with the Legal team throughout the contract review and approval process.
  • Track contract status and help ensure timely completion.
  • Maintain organized records and documentation for departmental activities.

Who you are:

  • Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of administrative, HR, recruiting coordination, office administration, or related experience preferred.
  • Experience supporting Human Resources or People teams is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn.
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating across teams.
  • Proficient with Google Workspace and collaboration tools.
  • Demonstrated track record of living the values necessary to Priceline: Customer, Innovation, Team, Accountability and Trust.
  • Unquestionable integrity and ethics is essential.

There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. In addition to a competitive base salary, certain roles may be eligible for an annual bonus and/or equity grant.

Salary Range: $50,000–$65,000
