Job Title: Healthcare Business Intelligence Team Lead

Location: Charlotte,  Hybrid, requiring 2 to 3 days in the office

Join Providence Anesthesiology Associates as a Business Intelligence Team Lead and play a pivotal role in driving data-driven decision-making across our organization. This dynamic, hands-on leadership position offers the opportunity to lead reporting initiatives, develop impactful BI solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic and operational goals. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the design, development, and delivery of accurate reports, dashboards, and analytics to support clinical, operational, and financial decision-making.

- Manage and execute reporting projects, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.

- Collaborate with Revenue Cycle, Finance, Operations, Clinical Operations, and Business Development teams to understand business needs and translate them into effective BI solutions.

- Support process improvement initiatives through data analysis and insights.

- Mentor and guide team members in BI best practices, data modeling, and reporting techniques.

- Maintain and optimize Power BI dashboards, SQL queries, and data models for performance and scalability.

- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across all BI deliverables.

- Stay current with industry trends and emerging BI tools to continuously enhance reporting capabilities.


Skills and Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, reporting, analytics, or data operations, preferably within healthcare, revenue cycle, medical billing, or physician practices.

- Strong proficiency in Power BI, SQL, Excel, and data modeling.

- Proven leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives.

- Analytical mindset with a focus on accuracy, detail, and problem-solving.

- Knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle processes and medical billing is highly desirable.
