We are seeking an experienced EHR Business Intelligence Analyst to support a complex healthcare technology initiative. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Epic reporting technologies, SQL, healthcare data, and business intelligence tools.
Key Responsibilities
  •  Develop healthcare reports, dashboards, and analytics. 
  •  Write and optimize complex SQL queries. 
  •  Build dashboards using Power BI or Tableau. 
  •  Work with Epic data/reporting tools such as Clarity, Caboodle, and Cogito. 
  •  Gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. 
  •  Support data validation, testing, and reporting improvements. 
  •  Collaborate with technical, business, and healthcare stakeholders. 
Qualifications
  •  7+ years of relevant healthcare IT, EHR, analytics, or BI experience. 
  •  Strong SQL and data analysis skills. 
  •  Experience with Power BI or Tableau. 
  •  Experience with Epic reporting/data environments. 
  •  Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. 
  •  Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
