Job description

Sr. Financial Systems Analyst

DCI is looking for a versatile Sr. Financial Systems Analyst to focus on our financial systems and provide support to our FP&A and Accounting teams. In this role, you will both support and lead projects driving value with OneStream, Great Plains and more. You will have the opportunity to learn tools associated with T&E, Procurement and Cash Applications. If you are a proven systems analyst with experience in Finance and have a passion for driving innovation and process improvement, we encourage you to apply.

Location: Tampa, FL or Channelview, TX. Only candidates in these areas will be considered.

This is a hybrid position with an expectation of at least two days per week in our Channelview or Tampa office. Some travel (<10%) may be required. Exceptions can be made for the right candidate.

Pay Range: $100,000 - $110,000 annual salary

Responsibilities:

  • Financial System Architecture: Lead the end-to-end lifecycle (requirements, configuration, testing, and deployment) for OneStream and GP, with a specific focus on the upcoming 2026 Planning Implementation in OneStream.
  • Data Integrity & Consolidation: Support complex global consolidations within GP and OneStream, ensuring "one version of the truth" for financial reporting.
  • Process Optimization: Partner with FP&A and Accounting to identify bottlenecks and automate manual workflows.
  • Project Leadership: Act as the technical lead for financial system initiatives, ensuring alignment with the DCI PMO and the long-term Financial Systems Roadmap.
  • Tier 2+ Specialized Support: Serve as the senior escalation point for complex financial system issues, resolving technical hurdles that impact monthly and year-end close.
  • Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with external vendors to ensure project delivery meets DCIs quality standards and drives measurable productivity gains.
  • Secondary support for our Cash Application, Procurement and T&E solutions. Note, Cash Applications will be a new implementation in 2026.
  • Assist in the execution of the Financial Systems Roadmap.
  • Engagement with the DCI PMO: Ensure procedures are followed and updates are provided on time.
  • Contribute to a collaborative team environment.
  • Additional responsibilities as the role evolves.

Qualifications:

  • Must be able to work in the US for any employer, we are unable to sponsor at this time.
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, Finance, or Accounting. A dual background in IT and Finance is highly preferred..
  • Technical Proficiency: 5+ years of experience in systems analysis or financial systems administration.
  • OneStream Expertise: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience configuring and supporting OneStream XF, including experience with Workflow, Cube Views, and Business Rules.
  • Exposure to Financial ERPs, especially Onestream.
  • Ability to lead in a supportive team environment.
  • Strong understanding of Accounting Fundamentals.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Onestream: Experience with Onestream (or other major consolidations and budgeting platform) administration.
  • Microsoft Dynamics GP: Experience with Great Plains administration, including SmartLists, Smart Connect, or Year-End closing processes.
  • Implementation Experience: Prior experience leading a large-scale implementation.
  • Scripting/Reporting: Experience with SQL, Python, VB.net (for OneStream), or Visualization Tools to enhance financial reporting capabilities.
  • Direct Accounting Background: Previous experience working as a Staff Accountant, Senior Accountant, or FP&A Analyst is preferred
